My Practice
As a birth doula, I offer steady, hands-on support through pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period. That can mean preparing together during pregnancy, breathing through contractions during labor, or helping with baby care while you rest. I bring calm presence, practical help, and a strong commitment to supporting your choices throughout the process.
I want to be transparent about where I’m at in my practice. I haven’t yet attended an in-person live birth. What I do bring is a solid foundation in caregiving, cross-cultural support, and birth education, along with real experience working with families in times of transition. I take this work seriously, and I’m actively learning and growing with every step.
Because I’m early in my practice, I’m offering a reduced rate for my first few births. If you’re open to working with someone who is thoughtful, reliable, and fully present, I’d be honored to support you.
